Terms & Conditions

NWS Marine perform the necessary repair work to unit(s) along with the purchase of related materials. We will need permission to operate the unit(s) for purposes of testing and/or inspection and express engineer’s lien acknowledged on the unit(s) to secure the amount of repairs thereto.

NWS Marine is not responsible for any loss or damage to unit(s) and/or contents in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond their control.

Storage Costs at £25 per day will be charged if the above unit(s) are not collected and paid for within 7 days of notice of assessment/completion (unless otherwise arranged). If the unit(s) are not collected within 28 days of notice of assessment/completion, the unit(s) will be offered for public sale to recover costs.
